These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Tel LLC website, booking platforms, and services.

  1. Reservations & Payments
    All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A 30% deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in. Rates, availability, and policies are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.

  2. Website Use & Information Disclaimer
    Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated or modified at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

  3. Intellectual Property
    All website content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and design elements, is the property of The Tel LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

  4. Prohibited Use
    You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose, including any activity that interferes with the operation of the property or the experience of other guests.

  5. Human Trafficking & Exploitation
    The Tel LLC does not tolerate human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of any kind. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our guests, employees, and community, and we comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to guest safety and labor practices. Suspected incidents should be reported to hotel management or appropriate authorities.

  6. Force Majeure
    The Tel LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or utility failures.

  7. Third-Party Booking Platforms
    Reservations made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

  8. SMS Messaging & Communications
    The Tel LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and instructional information needed during your stay, as well as occasional promotional offers where you have consented to receive them.

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the same number that messaged you. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling (866)223-7595.

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program.

    As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

    Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of booking or purchase. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect receipt of transactional or service-related messages where permitted by law.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

  10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
