- Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A 30% deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in. Rates, availability, and policies are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed. - Website Use & Information Disclaimer
Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated or modified at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. - Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and design elements, is the property of The Tel or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. - Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose, including any activity that interferes with the operation of the property or the experience of other guests. - Human Trafficking & Exploitation
The Tel does not tolerate human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of any kind. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our guests, employees, and community, and we comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to guest safety and labor practices. Suspected incidents should be reported to hotel management or appropriate authorities. - Force Majeure
The Tel shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or utility failures. - Third-Party Booking Platforms
Reservations made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to these Terms & Conditions. - Communications Consent & TCPA Disclosure
By providing your contact information to The Tel, including telephone number(s) and email address, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our authorized service providers by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), email, or other electronic means regarding reservations, guest services, operational notices, and occasional updates or offers. Communications may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not required as a condition of booking or purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect receipt of transactional or service-related messages where permitted by law. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. - Governing Law
