Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled up to three (3) days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within three (3) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit collected at booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in. This policy applies uniformly to all reservations, including third-party bookings.

House Rules
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out is available for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

Minimum Age
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and check in.

Occupancy & Conduct

• Each room has a maximum occupancy communicated at booking.
• Loud parties or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.
• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
• A $500 fee will be charged for smoking violations.

Pets & Service Animals

• Pets are not permitted.
• Service animals are welcome.
• Any undisclosed pet will result in a $500 fee plus the cost of any damage caused.

Damages
Guests are responsible for damages, charged at cost plus a 10% administrative fee.
